Whatcom Events partners with Pacific Multisports for all four of our events. Marc and his team provide custom registration for each of our events (which vary from solo racers to 10-person teams) and timing and results for our events with a race component. Our flagship event is the Ski to Sea Race and as the largest event in Whatcom County/Bellingham, it is nice to know that the timing and results will flow smoothly the day of and we can fully rely on the PM team and concentrate on other logistics. Taking on the Ski to Sea Race was no small feat and we had overwhelmingly positive feedback at the finish line in 2022, the first year PM took it on. It is such a pleasure working with Marc and his team; issues are resolved quickly, the customer service and support are top notch and their expertise in the field is unparalleled.

We've worked with Marc and his team for 2 years of timing our Whatcom World Cup races on Galbraith Mountain. Last summer, we held 11 races on Wednesday nights with an average of 158 racers and the whole experience with Pacific Multisports was seamless. They handled our racer registrations as well as our timing in some remote locations and their real-time results allowed racers to gauge their performance immediately. We're looking forward to working with Pacific Multisports next year on some exciting new projects!

Pacific Multisports provided outstanding service at the Sound Rowers La Conner Race. In my first year taking over the race I was tasked with the burden of running our first in-person event since early 2020. In the past our races have had mostly day-of registration and entirely manual timing. With Pacific Multisports we were able to offer all online registration, payment processing and electronic waivers. Using chip timing was a huge hit with the racers, as well as spectators and safety crew. Marc and Brooke were extremely responsive to all of my concerns from the opening of registration to posting the final results. I appreciated the support, beyond just registration and timing. I felt like I had a partner whose investment in the event was equal to mine. I look forward to working together on future events!

For the inaugural Narrows Challenge race Marc and Brooke worked alongside me for over 9 months of preparation; easing the load for registration and timing. We worked together creating an efficient flow for the racers from online registration, day of check-in and completing the event with a smooth awards ceremony. Marc put together a system of timing and tracking that functioned perfectly in the challenging conditions of the Puget Sound and the Narrows Passage. We look forward to working together as we prepare for the 2022 Narrows Challenge.

I used Marc with Pacific Multisports to time the Honeywagon Runs a Half Marathon and a 4 mile run. I was very pleased with how things went. Marc was very professional and easy to work with. He sat up our registration site and connected it to our PayPal account. During the registration process he helped monitor the incoming registrations and made sure everything went smoothly. Come race day Marc was on site very early to make sure everything was set up and ready to go prior to the start of the events. During race day registration Marc was very helpful in making sure all runners got entered into the system in a timely fashion. During the events Marc gave us updated finisher immediately so we could present our awards to the winners. After the events Marc had the results posted on our Race Site in a timely fashion. Marc is very knowledgeable about timing different types of events from running to triathlons. I would recommend Marc and Pacific Multisports to any Race Director looking for an experienced and competitively priced chip timing company.

I hired Pacific Multisports to handle results for a virtual event. Marc Blake and his team were great to work with from the start to finish! Marc took the time to make sure results were set-up exactly how I envisioned well ahead of time. During the event, Pacific Multisports replied to all participant emails regarding results in a timely and friendly manner which allowed me to focus on the event and social media posts. The platform was easy for runners and myself to use, and looked great with my company banner on their website. They went the extra mile to create and upload a spreadsheet to an additional results platform. Their rates are very reasonable especially for the customer service they provide. I will definitely use Pacific Multisports for my future events!
